NO MORE ENGINE CARROTS! What it is: I don't like in game engine textured effects because they look like hello from '90 in term of computer graphics. And what I hate most - lets say you make turn in your blastclaw and particles trail make some curve, but this huge "carrot" from your engine does not....

Nice to know you keep it going. Because X:R trailer show us that it is not X4 at all. But on the bright side - people will still play AP and its mods after X:R release.

Some minor changes from v5; now looks more like final version.
Added links for alt3rn1ty's "less glow versions"

alt3rn1ty, not sure about unsharp, do I like it or not.

alt3rn1ty , thanks for comments! I'll change ship icons glow in v5. Wait... , already done. As for " the yellow blob " I agree, it sucks. But in general I like to see that arrows clear in dogfights (hard to see red on red). So yellow part will in place with changed shape. And "target out of screen"...
