I would suggest first, install a clean copy of X3TC/AP. Then using the mod tool and install the normandy into that. Then, make a fake patch, and move all the normandy's model file into it. Then go into XRM's fake patch, find the tship file, and copy it over into your normandy fake patch. Then, copy ...

Yeah, I double checked, my cat orders are correct in the AP folder(starting from 05, it's IE-IEX-XRM1-XRM2-TCAP-XRMi-TCAP). I did find couple solarsystem2 files in your IEX .dat. I removed all the 2 from the file names and now the milky way is showing instead of the orange glow. So I guess somewhere...

Oh, so the problem is with XRMi-TCAP... Guess I will poke around in it and see what I can find. edit: so that glow is suppose to be a picture of the milky way in the IEX? Are the code that control this sort of thing in x3_universe.pck? Could you show me a small example in your IEX version of x3_univ...

Like, ubuntufreakgragon said, this is 100% the fault of tship. When you edit tShip, and if you are adding new ships, always, ALWAYS use "paste to the end". Each ship has its own unique ID that the game refers to. If you paste a ship data into the middle of the list, the editor will auto correct all ...

Yeah, I've noticed that there's some NPC with missions that are now "empty" after I did the clean up(empty as they are on the comm menu, but can't be talked to). But that's a small price I'm willing to pay. The performance impact is really noticeable. I run the game on a rig with i7 4790k at 4.4Ghz....

Took me 2 days to figure out how to make kurush's script to work. All you need to do is jump to an empty sector without any station, then change your pilot name to "bounce"(no quote) for it to kick in. Once you see "cue reset" subtitle, you can then change your pilot name to whatever else and it won...

There's a mod called "bounce"(somewhere in that sticked community mod list thread) that "bounces" your fighters away when they collide with something, might look a bit weird but totally worth it since it reduce fighter collision death down to 0. Very useful if you have your own carrier. It works onl...
