Multi-Monitor Supoprt

After initially googling this, I see people are running multi-monitors but I'm finding the documentation lacking in how this is supported.

Anyone care to throw me over a thread that discuss the requirements or how to enable this? As this doesn't appear to be working out of the box (via Steam).
