[MOD] NPCs Gain XP

Run into a snag when starting a new game, it appears none of the NPC I have hired so far are gaining skills. I recently added the Katana mod and human resources updated today. Would either of these cause this mod to malfunction?

I can think of nothing that can interfere with this mod.
What does your logbook (tips) and your error log (in windows where your savegames are)?
