[4.20 HF1] Game crashes at launch

I don't know where to start, the game crashes at launch. I do get a popup window that sends a crash report to drdump.com.
That's all I get, no error message, it just stops working.

I know this just came out on the 27th, which is cool. BIG X3TC fan, Just finishing the HUB mission. Not too worried about when it's fixed.
I'll be uninstalling and reinstalling the game for fresh files and try again tomorrow. I'll post an update on success/fail.

Thread split from 4.20 release version thread containing the following summary of that crash report:
