Odd Bug: Walking around statons. Keep reappearing inside my ship.

I had this annoying problem n XR and its repeating here in X4F. I get up out of my ship to walk around the station im docked at and suddenly whoosh. I'm suddenly back in my ship again and i have to get up again where by it repeats again at random intervals. Very annoying. Any suggestions?

Are you pressing Shift D accidentally or do you have those keys possibly conflicting so you`re pressing that command?

Remember that shift won't make you sprint in X4, and pressing shift+D will simply return you to your ship.

I have had this today (not played the game since release and remember the bug from then). Was about to post a bug topic about it, didn't know there was a shortcut key to do it, so when I Play next I will make sure I am not pressing that key combo.

Happened to me also 3 times by now. I have reassigned my W key to run, so i definately am not hitting Shift on accident.
Oddly, every time i had this, it happened 2-3 times in a row. You leave the ship, run away, ZAP, you land at the "Shift-D" spot, run out again, and before you fully leave the landing platform, ZAP, back to the "Shift-D" spot, run away AGAIN, ZAP, back to the Shift-D spot.
Didnt have it more than 3 times in a row tough...
What i can't remember is, if at the beginning, i left the pilot seat or i teleportet onto the ship...
I definately recorded it on Twitch, but i won't watch the 15h i streamed the last days

And no, i dont Press any buttons beside the W Key at the moment...
