You'll find 4 scrap processing stations.
- Two in Windfall I Union Summit
- One in Windfall IV Aurora's Dream
- HQ with two scrap processors in Second Contact II Flashpoint
I think I still have the here described problem with my HQ. The other three stations are looking clear of confused Tugs.
Maybe the issue shows less intens if more is going on in the universe or I just don't grasp it anymore.
