1.0 BUG NVIDIA Surround Menus Not Working

Version and language: 1.0 English
No mods.
Default Game start being played.

Exact nature of the problem, where and when it occurs:
In triple screen NVIDIA Surround resolution (5840x1080), tutorial menu will not open--menus just close when selected. Cannot be opened with H. Various other menus also do not work, like Trade with the Trader on the default platform.

No possibly relevant changes made to game, system, or software before the issue occurred.

Do you need full DxDiag or vulkaninfo? If so I can add that later. Please fix triple screen! Thanks!
