There are two for doing the tutorials. There are also 2 for doing the end game crisis. And there is one for building an observation deck of some kind and then visiting it in first person. In addition to the two you mentioned, those are the ones I've gotten thus far. Looking at the list, I think most of the rest are related to Timelines mission results, though some are unclear. I'm not sure what Machina in Machina is, but I suspect that it's about boarding an H if not the timelines. Zoom might have something to do with the new vision goggles, but I've tried activating them a few times and never got the achievement.
