[7.0 b4] Cannot mass repair fighters when some fighters in the group are not in need of repair

See the attached save. There are 9 Nova Vanguards in Heretic's End, 3 of which have damage.

1. Select all 9 Nova Vanguards
2. Right click on the equipment dock in Hatikvah's Choice III
3. Select the "Upgrade/Repair" option
4. Select "9x Nova Vanguard" for the top

At this point, the option to repair is greyed out, I cannot select the 3 fighters that are in need of repair and order them to be repaired. If however, I follow the above steps, but only initially select the 3 Nova Vanguards that have damage, then the mass repair option is available.
