No, it wont... you will need the quatro SLI, which isnt yet avaiable but some places can have it before it comes to us common crowd, and duel core 2x 5GHz cpu's and 4GB of RAM before it will look as good as this...

If you vid card can support Pixel Shader 1.3 and can work with (doesn't have to be built to-) DirectX 9, then most likely it will.

It does look like a M6 with a vessel underneath it, but I'll wait till I get the game to say if it's Argon or not.

Well it look like a bus (passenger transport) with small ship underneath, or maybe those underneath are heavy missiles and the ship is a bomber
