I did that, or so i thought and noticed nothing different, though I am not sure how to "update" the scripts on my current OWP or if they just do it automatically.

I see some talk about the OOS combat rebalance v1 working fine with XRM so I might give that a go.


edit: just as reference OOS combat rebalance v1 works without issues so far, and fixed the OWP :D

Anyone using Litcube's Bounce script? Could you please share your wall file for XRM v1.14C.

My Boreas just crashed and killed it's escort TM filled with fighters, now I remember how important that script was.

Joel pretended to send me the 1.14C wall file a few days ago via e-mail. I've sent him another e-mail, this time requesting that he send it for serious.

Or sometimes they'll hit the side at a slow speed, bounce off and repeat the process just to prove that they can.

Anyway, just in case Joel is late with his file I generated a new one for ya.

This happens with seta on and is a known bug with the game itself, not this mod. Only Egosoft can fix it.
Is there a possibility of disabling (or editing) the engine trail for the player ship?

Hi,

Yes, i have take off this in the AL Settings.

but this have no Effect.

I have found the Cleanup Script. But this Script result also in Freeze.
i think, the Problem ist the numbers of Global Task entries.

I dont know what it could possibly be. I use all those scripts as well. Phanon is not at the same level in my game though.

no pressure considering its holiday season and all lol, but when are you expecting an AP compatible update to be ready??? + will you be waiting for the coming release of the XTRA update first to include the new content from that release?? :))

I can't give a time frame yet. The AP port is proving to be a lot more work than I anticipated. There are some issues with the current xrm added ship models causing ap to crash on start up. Working out exactly which ones is the proverbial needle in a haystack.

I'm talking to cadius and Cycrow about it. I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it.

As for the new Xtra and expnobody ships, ill squeeze in what I can. AP is my priority though.

I am using bounce but hat does the wall file do? what is the point of it?

edit: never mind found out what it is haha.... thats so funny been running this without it being installed right

Try removing killerog's engine trail models from the cat/dat files. I was having crashes because of them, removing them did the trick for me (though I might have been doing something wrong... but I did add them into the bodies file correctly... unless that's not the only types file they need to be added to...)
