This playable demo of X: Beyond The Frontier requires DirectX 5 or above, and Microsoft Media Player is included in the file if you need to install for sound support.
The game has limited options, however you can play the tutorial in full and spend 10 minutes learning to trade in the Teladi sector Seizewell, and spend 10 minutes learn to fight the Xenon.

This is an early rolling demo of X: Beyond The Frontier showing how the graphics will work inside of the game engine. You can configure the graphics system at startup and also enable benchmarking of the graphics.
